Reuniting Finance and Operations

May 29, 2015

As soon as the month, quarter or year ends, the cycle starts once again. Improvements to the wheel, such as automation, driver-based planning and rolling forecasts, ought to enable a finance team to become more proficient at evaluating an organization's performance. Featuring John O'Rourke and Janette Kosior. Originally aired 5/14/2015.
