The Perils and Promises of Analytics-based EPM

May 5, 2015

Enterprise and corporate performance management (EPM/CPM) are now viewed as the seamless integration of managerial methods. Few organizations do this. The methods include strategy execution with a strategy map and its companion balanced scorecard and operational dashboards; driver-based budgets and rolling financial forecasts; product/service/channel/customer profitability analysis (using activity-based costing principles); and learn and Six-Sigma-quality management for operational improvement. Each method should be embedded with business analytics of all flavors, such as correlation, segmentation, and regression analysis; and especially predictive analysis.

Join us as Gary Cokins, Founder and CEO of Analytics-Based Performance Management, LLC discusses how leveraging these integrated methods provides a competitive advantage and will improve an organization's performance.
